Since all food products are homemade and perishable, we follow a strict refund and return policy.

1. No Return Policy

Food items cannot be returned once delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • You receive a damaged, spoiled, or wrong product

  • Order is not delivered

  • Payment was deducted but order was not confirmed

Evidence may be required (photo/video).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable when:

  • You change your mind after placing the order

  • Food taste preference differs

  • You entered the wrong address

  • You were unavailable at the time of delivery

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order, ONLY if preparation has not started.

Cancellations will not be accepted if:

  • The food is already prepared

  • The order is out for delivery

  • Bulk or pre-booked orders

2. Cancellation by MealsByMom

We may cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Invalid address or contact details

  • Unsuccessful payment

You will receive a full refund in such cases.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refund method: original payment mode
